Dinner Series (PAST)
The largest showcase of cheese, ever. Not just in Charlotte, or North Carolina, but the country. After this event, Wisconsin was dethroned, crowning, Crown Town the new cheese head empire. And we’re not just talking sliced artisan (although we love), there was no discrimination going on here. Grilled. Fried. Shredded. Sliced. Cream. Melted. String. Curds. Fondue. Mac. Queso. Puffed. Wontons.
Tin Kitchen and Papi Queso prepared the goodness which included a fired cheese curd station and fresh pulled mozzarella stand. Unknown Brewing Co. brewed 5 specialty beers including a Scotch Ale, Cinnamon Brown Ale a Sriracha Infused Beer.
Activities included a “cheesiest photo competition” along with “guess how many cheese balls are in a keg” and live cheese painting by Stephen Crotts who made a two-toned cheese masterpiece out of two different types of processed government cheese.
