Our inaugural Relish Social house, was hosted at Sarah Crosland’s home in Plaza Midwood. A Hawaiian Themed 5-course dinner with an app hour and wine and beer being prepared by our great friend Chef Alyssa Gorelick. Menu was inspired by our Tiki Teranean event which included Tuna Poke with Taro Root Chips, Smoked Octopus with local vegetables, a traditional Lau Lau, Local pork and salted fish and Ginger Marinated Hawaiian Hebi with seared bok choy, pickled melon and crispy sun chokes.
Our aim with these smaller events (30 guests) is to offer the same flair and enthusiasm of a larger Relish event, but in a more intimate and conversational environment.
