Dinner Series (PAST)
Our inaugural event was a special one at a special place, Historic Rosedale Plantation. Chef John Cornely and his team prepared a five course family style meal. The mood was relaxed, yet tasteful – similar to how the patrons of Rosedale used to feast. Smoked Trout and a salad with Boskey Goat Cheese and Wheat Berries were a couple of the standout dishes of the night. Guests celebrated with local farmers, artisans, such as Duke’s Bread, spirit makers and fellow Carolina lifestyle enthusiasts.
Activities included, Historic House Tours, Live Southern Music, Croquet and Bocce Ball.
