Dinner Series (PAST)

QC Exclusive and Relish Carolina teamed up to host this South Pacific-meets-Mediterranean waterside event.  A panoramic flatland within a cove on Lake Norman, run by the king of country music, Big Sexy which set the scene for interactive games, bonfires, and (of course) a huge family-style feast. There were a plethora of coconuts and cocktail umbrellas and an appearance from Big Red: a fully-restored 44′ truck equipped with a gourmet kitchen, complete with a grill and wood-fired oven.

True Crafted Hospitality Group built a menu that celebrated the rich culinary heritage of the Mediterranean Sea driven by the land, the sea, and the sun. Menu items included Wood-fired Branzino, Octopus and  heritage Lamb.

Seasoned master mixologists (The Three Kings) Stefan Huebner, Bob Peters, and Andy Maurer pushed the boundaries of their craft to present the most over-the-top libations in the most ridiculous vessels to ensure we pay this somewhat forgotten era of mixology a proper homage.

The talented Ashley Boyd and her team of pastry ninjas prepared the evenings after dinner mint, consisting of a specialty Baked Hawaiian Cakes with Peach, Passion Fruit and Lemon along with Assortment of Sweet Bites.
